Working with an in-house point of contact, we will audit existing systems for bringing on new hires and make cost-saving recommendations to ensure laptops and software are secure, efficient, and up-to-date with the latest technology.

Everything is now in the cloud, including your software and users. Foxcove will audit your cloud-based app services and make sure they are within scale of your growth, and make recommendations to cut back on accounts no longer needed.
Laptop setup and asset management
We will audit your direct purchasing accounts and make recommendations for maximum discounts. Utilizing Data Utilization Prevention (DEP) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) we will share resources and best practices on how to automatically set up laptops right out of the box.
SSO (Single Sign On)
We will design, implement, and support SSO to make sure that your company, users, and data remain secure. Foxcove will train your staff so they know how to navigate their cloud services while only needing to remember a single login and password.

We audit all of your existing software and optimize the cost for your organization, and provide recommendations on where to scale down and save money.
These services are currently free for registered 501c3 Nonprofit organizations - we'll need provide proof of status to verify eligibility.
In order for any of our services to be executed, it is imperative that your organization has internal support and/or management buy-in in partnering with Foxcove Give Back. Our engineers will also need access to administrative systems related to your project. Lastly, we will need a reliable and communicative point of contact to partner with throughout the process.
